Our Vineyards & Wines

We source from vineyards with earth-friendly, sustainable growing practices such as replenishing the volcanic soil with the seeds, stems, and skins from the winemaking process. This helps maintain vineyard health and ultimately contributes to a terroir that produces consistent yet diverse vintages.

Our fermentation process starts with allowing the native yeasts to do the fermenting. This approach leads to more complexities in phenolics, flavors and texture of the wine. During fermentation, the caps are gently punched down by hand, followed by an extended maceration before moving the wine to age in French oak barrels for 18-24 months. This extended barrel time leads to a longer life of the wine once in the bottle. We recommend enjoying Styler Wines six to eight years from their vintage date.

The winemaking practices we utilize are intended to produce a wine that brings you back to the moment you took your first sip of Pinot Noir, the sip that sparked your passion for this challenging, expressive, and inspiring grape.

This wine is made of a combination of Dijon and heritage clones.
